Who can rent from Cross Rentals?

Cross Rentals is a dedicated B2B cross-rental provider. We rent exclusively to AV and production companies — we do not rent to the end-users.

How long are rentals?
Standard rentals are structured as a 3-day rental for a 1-day charge to accommodate typical show schedules.

Extended rentals can be arranged depending on project needs.

Do you provide delivery and setup?

Yes. We offer delivery, pickup, and warehouse will-call options.

Full turnkey installation and dismantle services may also be arranged when needed.

Can you ship equipment out of state?
Yes. Equipment can be shipped to event locations outside Nevada using protective transport containers. Our team coordinates shipping timelines to ensure on-time arrival.
How do I reserve equipment?

Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) with your event details. Our sales team will review the request and respond with availability and pricing.

During peak event seasons, we recommend booking in advance.

What comes in the Pipe and Drape kits?
Our kits are measured by fabric, color, height and width. Below is an example of what a kit consists of:

  • IFR fabric drapes panels
  • Versatop™ 2.0 vertical adjustable poles (uprights)
  • Versatop™ black 2.0 horizontal adjustable poles (crossbars)
  • Black bases and pins assembly with handles
  • Counterweights (if requested)
What is IFR fabric drape?
IFR stands for “inherently flame retardant”, which means that the fabric is woven with flame-resistant yarn or treated during manufacturing. IFR drapes are made to meet fire code standards without additional chemicals or processing. We provide flame certifications for all fabrics upon request.
